Create your clinic

1. 1Go to Start free and fill in your clinic name, your name, email and a password.
2. 2Your clinic is created on a 14-day free trial — no card required — and you're taken straight into the app as the owner.
3. 3Follow the Getting started checklist on the dashboard to finish setup.

The two things to know

Every visit has two independent statuses: the note lifecycle (draft → confirmed → sent) and the operational stage (registered → vitals → in-consult → billing → pharmacy → done). Confirming a note is what freezes it into an immutable, medico-legal record.
