The note

Capture the chief complaint, one or more coded diagnoses, investigations and advice. Autocomplete blends the global catalogue, your clinic's terms, and your own history — most-used first.

The prescription

  • Add drugs by name (brand or generic) with the 1-0-1 morning-noon-night dosing shorthand.
  • Use favourites (saved Rx packs), Same as last visit, or dictate to pre-fill.
  • A live safety banner flags allergies, duplicate molecules and known interactions.

Protocols & suggestions

When you set a diagnosis, the panel surfaces a protocol — the Rx, tests and advice your clinic usually uses for it, learned from your own confirmed history. Everything is an editable default you confirm.

Confirm

Confirm & freeze writes the immutable snapshot. After that the note is read-only; corrections are added as append-only amendments.
