Which messages send, templates & language, and bringing your own number.

Business-initiated WhatsApp needs an approved template, so you configure — per message type — whether we send it and which template and language it uses (not free-form text).

Message types

  • Prescriptions, reminders and OTP are on by default (OTP always sends — patients can't log in without it).
  • Appointment confirmations and feedback requests are opt-in.

Your own number (optional)

By default messages send from the shared platform number. Connect your own WhatsApp Business number under Settings → WhatsApp number so patients see your number. Your API key is stored encrypted and never shown again.
