Your first consult

From registering a patient to a confirmed prescription.

  1. 1Register the patient at the front desk (or check in an appointment). This issues a physical token and adds them to the queue board.
  2. 2A nurse records vitals (optional) — height, weight, BP, temperature, etc.
  3. 3The doctor taps the token on the board to open the consult.
  4. 4Add the complaint, diagnosis, tests and advice, and build the prescription (type, pick favourites, or dictate).
  5. 5Confirm — this freezes the note + Rx as an immutable snapshot and advances the visit.
  6. 6Send the prescription to the patient, generate the bill, and dispense from the pharmacy if needed.
Tip. Dictation and AI only ever draft the note — you review, edit and confirm. Nothing reaches the patient without your confirmation.
