Staff & roles

Who can do what, and multi-clinic membership.

Access is role-based. The owner is the clinic admin (you can have more than one owner).

Owner / doctor — the full clinical flow: notes, prescriptions, confirm, send.
Nurse — vitals and pre-consult intake.
Front desk — registration, the queue and appointments.
Pharmacist — products, stock and dispensing.

One login can belong to multiple clinics with a different role in each; switch the active clinic from the top bar.
